3/4 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup self rising flour
3/4 buttermilk
1 large can of peaches in heavy syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and pour into an 8X8 pan. Mix milk, flour, sugar together by hand. Pour into pan. Add drained peaches to the top of the mixture. Pour another 1/2 cup sugar on top of peaches. Bake 350º for 45 to 60 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

How to make self-rising flour:
Mix 1 cup All-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt.

How to make buttermilk:
Mix 1 cup milk a 1 tablespoon vinegar
