½ cup plain old-fashioned oats
½ cup milk of choice
1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
½ cup Greek or vegan yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp maple syrup
1 drop Cinnamon Bark oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a jar, cup, or small bowl, combine old-fashioned oats and chia seeds. While the chia seeds are optional, they are packed with tons of nutrition, and they help give the oats a pudding-like texture.
2. Add the milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
3. Mix in sweetener of choice and the Cinnamon Bark oil.
4. Stir the overnight oats together until you see no clumps.
5. Seal or cover with a lid, and chill in the fridge.
6. In the morning, top with any dried or fresh fruit, chopped nuts, or nut butters for a delicious, nutrient-packed meal on the go!
