3 medium potatoes
3/4 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant beef bouillon granules
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease an 8" baking dish. Thin slice the potatoes, arrange them on the bottom of the baking dish. Combine 1/2 cup water, Italian seasoning, salt, bouillon and pepper in a small bowl, pour over the potatoes. Dot with butter and cover with foil.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese, parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake uncovered 8-10 minutes.
