Lobster Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

1 lobster tail
1 pkg. macaroni
pickling spice
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. american cheese
1/4 c. blue cheese
1/4 c. garlic
chopped onion salt and pepper
parmesan cheese
japanese bread crumbs

Put lobster tail in dutch oven with water, pickling spices and paprika; steam in oven until done. chop into chunks.

Cook the cream, all of the cheeses, garlic, onion and salt and pepper over low heat until melted and heated through.

Cook macaroni and add to the cream mixture along with the chopped lobster.

Add Parmesan cheese and Japanese bread crumbs (panko) to top of lobster mixture and broil in oven until cheese is melted.
