Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef 1 pkg. beefy-mushroom dry soup 1 can onion soup 1 can water 12 solid sub rolls 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded 4 c. crumbled bread (out of the rolls)

Directions:Brown the beef and drain, then add in the soups and water. Cook over medium heat until well mixed and then simmer a few minutes.
Hollow out the rolls by cutting 1/2 inch off the bottom and while using a butter knife and fork pull out the middle of the rolls, crumble and set aside in a large mixing bowl.
Now in the ground beef mixture add the cheeses and cook until all cheese is melted.
Take the ground beef/cheese mixture and pour into the bowl with the bread crumbles from the rolls and mix together. Now take this mixture and stuff the rolls full and put the top half back on them. Wrap each in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350º |
