3/4 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 can whole corn, drained
1 small can mushroom pieces, drained
1 small onion chopped

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into hot oil. Cook until browned and floats.
