2 drops Tea Tree
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Peppermint
2 drops lemon

I top off with fractionated coconut oil (or carrier oil of choice)

APPLICATION METHOD #1:
Combine in a gel cap as needed and consume with plenty of water.

APPLICATION METHOD #2:
Apply to the bottoms of your feet (especially helpful for anyone who have trouble swallowing capsules).

I make up enough capsules for 3-4 times a day consumption x 3 days and then reassess.

My son is not usually an oily guy, but he DOES ask for sinus bombs.
