1 Tbs. butter
⅔ lb. medium prawns, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
¼ cup dry white wine
1 green onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the butter into a saute pan. Add the prawns, garlic and mushrooms; saute on medium-high heat until butter bubbles and prawns turn pink.
2. Add wine and simmer about 1 minute, or until prawns are opaque in the center.
3. Remove pan from heat. Stir in the green onions and sour cream. Place pan on medium-low heat and stir until heated through and lightly thickened.
