1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded or chopped
1/2 C celery chopped
1 C frozen peas uncooked
1/4 C onion chopped
1 C mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sugar
1-2 C shredded cheddar cheese
4-5 strips of bacon, fried crisp & chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in skillet and allow to cool. Place lettuce in a 9x13 pan. Chop all remaining vegetables and layer on top of lettuce in this order- celery, onion and peas. Combine mayo and sugar and spread on top of vegetables. Add shredded cheese and top with crumbled bacon. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. (If you don't have that much time 1-2 hours is sufficient) You can add 1/2 C green peppers with vegetables if desired.
