1 Rump Roast
Beef bouillon cubes
1 package of wide egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place rump roast in a large pot covered with water. Cook on medium heat for a couple of hours until roast is tender and pulls apart easily.

Take out roast and shred. Add 3 beef bouillon cubes. Bring water to a boil and add noodles. Cook until desired tenderness. Add beef back to the noodle mixture.

Serve with mashed potatoes and salad.
