2 cups cooked macaroni
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp. Grey Poupon or Dijon mustard
8 slices American cheese
⅓ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese or shredded Mexican cheese
3 tbsp. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (to sprinkle on top)
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and pour into a casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Heat margarine in a medium sauce pan and add flour. Stir until bubbly.

Add milk slowly and stir, smooth any lumps. Cook till slightly thickened. Turn off the heat and add cheese. Stir until melted, then pour over macaroni.

Sprinkle remaining 3 tbsp. of cheddar cheese and paprika on top. Bake for 30 min. at 350º.
