4-5 potatoes
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
4-5 green onions, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
4 strips cooked bacon
sour cream, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Slice potatoes about 1/4" thick and brush both sides of potato slices with butter and place them on a cookie sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. When potatoes are ready, top each slice with crumbled bacon, cheese, green onion. Return to oven and continue baking until the cheese has melted. Add a dollop of sour cream when done and enjoy!
