6 slices of bread
1 pound breakfast sausage
1½ cups grated cheddar cheese
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 13" x 9" pan. Place the bread to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook and crumble the sausage. Drain. Spoon sausage on top of bread. Cover with the grated cheese. Blend the eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard. Pour over the cheese. Refrigerate over night. Bake in 350º oven for 35 minutes.
