10 hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
scant 1/2 c. mayonnaise
scant 1/4 c. sugar
sprinkle a little salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel hard-boiled eggs. Slice in half, long-ways. Remove yolks and place in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Adjust ingredients to taste. Place back in egg whites and keep refrigerated until served.
