Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
½ cup sugar
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. milk
40 mini Reese's™ peanut butter cups (place in freezer so they don't melt so fast)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Mix together flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside. Mix together the butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Beat in the egg, vanilla, and milk and then add the flour mixture. Shape into around 40 balls - 1 inch in diameter. Place balls in a mini muffin pan. Bake for 7 1/2 minutes. Immediately after taking them out, push a Reese's peanut butter cup into each ball. They then need to cool quickly so the chocolate melts less. If it is cold outside, I set the pan outside or in the garage. After cooled some, use a knife (or whatever) to lift the cookies out of the pan and put on a cooling rack.
