6 cups corn: cut kernels from cob with knife,
scrape remaining corn off cob with
knife as well
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup water

Directions:
Mix ingredients together in heavy saucepan. Bring to a full boil, for 10 min. (stirring occasionally). Cool. Pack in freezer bags. Freeze.
