1 6 oz semi sweet choc pieces (1 cup)
3 tsp light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup bourbon
1 1/4 c crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 4 oz container of coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler over simmering water, remove from heat but keep the water simmering blend in corn syrup & bourbon. Stir in ground wafers, vanilla and pecans until well blended. Roll mixture into a rounded tsp at a time between the palms of your hands Roll balls into coconut and place on cookie sheet

Referidgerate
