3-4 Ripe Bananas mashed
1/3 cup Melted Butter/margarine
1 cup Sugar
1 egg, Beaten
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Baking soda
Pinch of Salt
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

With a large spoon and bowl , mix butter into the bananas. Then mix the sugar, egg and vanilla into the bananas. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour and then the chocolate chips. Mix altogether.

Pour batter into a buttered loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.

Cool. Slice and Serve.
