2 large pkgs. Cream cheese
½ c. sugar
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla
Graham cracker crust

Icing:
½ pint sour cream
¼ c. sugar
½ t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 4 ingredients together until very smooth. The longer you beat, the better. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until edges begin to crack. Let cake cool to touch before icing.

Whip together icing ingredients until well mixed. Pour evenly over cool cheesecake. Bake 5 minutes at 425 degrees. Cool several hours or overnight before serving.
