3 eggs beaten
1 15 oz. Can pumpkin
1 c. sugar
½ t. salt
½ t. cinnamon
½ t. ginger
¼ t. all spice
1 ½ c evaporated milk
Unbaked piecrust

Directions:
Directions:
Stir pumpkin into eggs. Mix salt, spices and sugar. Stir into pumpkin. Add milk gradually. Pour in 9 in. unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
