Thin slices of beef (eye of the round)
Onion pieces
Seasoned breadcrumb
Olive oil
Skewers
Directions:
Directions:
Dip meat in oil on both sides and then into breadcrumb. Put additional small amount of breadcrumb on meat and roll it up and put on skewer. Add a piece of onion. Repeat. Take the whole skewer and dip it in oil on both side and then in breadcrumb. Place all skewers on a cookie sheet and broil until done.
