Cut 1/2 inch off the top of each garlic bulb.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Wrap in aluminum foil.
Roast in 425 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Squeeze garlic from each clove


Directions:

Cut the bread into 1/2" slices.
On each slice layer:
Drizzle with olive oil
Spread with roasted garlic
Basil
Roasted pepper
Slice of Mozzarella
Place bread on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
