Medium sized package cold Smoked Salmon
4 oz. cream cheese
Small jar capers (drained)
small red onion chopped
3-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Package of dry crackers (we like Table Water crackers)
Bottle of Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients on a good-sized plate, separated into small “piles”. Layer crackers with a smear of cream cheese, slice of salmon, a few capers, onions and hard boiled eggs. Add a splash of hot sauce and enjoy.

This is a favorite! Easy, quick and everyone loves it!
