1 package regular or Double Stuff Oreos
8 ounce cream cheese
White chocolate candy melts or White Almond Bark

Directions:

Pour bag of Oreos into a food processor and pulse until you have a crumb consistency.
Pour crumbs into large mixing bowl and combine with a block of softened cream cheese.
Mix until well blended and then scoop into 1 tablespoon balls - you can do this by hand or use a cookie scoop if you want them to be more uniform.
Place balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
Melt almond bark or white chocolate candy melts in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time until melted and smooth.
Drop chilled balls, one at a time, into the melted chocolate and completely coat.
Place on waxed paper to dry and set. (Sprinkle with chocolate shavings for garnish if desired)

You can store in an airtight container at room temperature for about 24 hours, but if you want to keep them longer it is best to place the container in the refrigerator.
