1 large clove fresh garlic
16 ounces fresh mozzarella in 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 cup green picholine or small Spanish olives, drained
1/4 cup Kalamata or other black imported olives, drained
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Zest from 2 lemons
1/8 teaspoon green peppercorns, freshly ground

Directions:
Directions:
Rub inside of small bowl with the garlic clove. Place mozzarella and the olives in the bowl and gently toss with a slotted spoon. Add the olive oil and lemon zest. Toss again to blend the lemon zest throughout the mixture. Garnish with the green peppercorns. Serve with Parmesan crostini.
