Ingredients:  
1 cup white sugar
1 cup veggie oil
3 large eggs
t salt
1 ⅓ t baking soda
1 ⅓ t baking powder
2 t cinnamon
2 packed cups of grated carrot
1 store bought cream cheese icing

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and oil together until well mixed.

Add eggs and blend some more!

Add all dry mixture and keep on blending till well mixed

Add grated carrots....Mix!

Pour into greased pan and bake at 300 for one hour. Tis done when a clean toothpick comes out.

Ice the cake when cool.

This recipe was in a cookbook that was made by the students and sold for a fundraiser in high school...that was 1979!!
