1 1-pound can whole cranberry sauce
cup diced celery
cup chopped pecans
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water, chill until slightly thickened. Break up cranberry sauce and stir into jello. Add nuts and celery. Pour half of mixture into mold, spread evenly with sour cream. Pour remaining cranberry sauce mixture on top and chill. Makes 6-8 servings. (It is faster to pour all of the jello mixture into the mold or dish and then spread the sour cream on top)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Certain family members insist that they get this on Thanksgiving and Christmas! But some of the grandkids prefer plain cranberry sauce out of the can. It MUST remain in the shape of the can!
