2 lbs. Red or Yellow Cherry/Grape Tomatoes
2 T. Olive Oil
tsp. Salt
tsp. Pepper
C. Chopped Fresh Basil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400

In a large bowl toss tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 30 minutes, or until skins begin to wrinkle. Toss with basil. Serve with additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
