Assorted Mix of Red Leaf and Boston Greens
2 C. Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Box of Frozen Peas
1 Medium Red Onion, Chopped and Sugared
6-8 Slices of Bacon, Crumbled
3 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
2-3 C. Mayonnaise, Add Sugar to Make it Sweet to Taste
1-1½ C. Shredded Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put assorted greens and spinach in a large salad bowl. Toss in next 4 ingredients.
Mix in only the amount of mayo needed to coat the salad mixture.
Fold in swiss cheese.
Chill 4-8 hours.
