1-1 lbs. Brussels Sprouts halved, stems removed
3 T. Olive Oil
2 T. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400

Line a baking sheet with foil.
In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and toss to combine. Spread in even layer on baking sheet.

Roast until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes, tossing once half way through.
