Nora brand Sinigang sa Sampalok mix with 1 chili & 1 with taro
1-2 tbsp. Fish sauce
Beef neck or shank 2 or 3 lbs cut meat in stew size pieces
1 1/2 # okra cut off ends and use whole
1 pkg On Choy Kang Kong long stems with leaves pull off leaves and cut stems in pieces
2 or 3 Japanese eggplants sliced diagonally
Chinese long beans cut up
4 Roma tomatoes, sliced in 1/8s
1 whole red onion
5 medium serrano chilies whole or 1 or 2 pierced with fork (hotter)
6 taro root
About 6 or 7" Daikon radish peel, slice in 1/4" rounds

Directions:
Cover beef with water in a huge pot, add a little salt, cover and cook 2 hours or until beef is tender. Pour off scum. Add onion. Cover. When soft add taro, daikon, tomato, eggplant, 1 tbsp fish sauce and 1 1/2 pkgs powder to taste. Cover and Cook 5 min and then uncover and add okra, leaves and stems. Cook 5 min and serve in bowls. (or over rice)
