1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1 1/4 c. Water
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
4 c. Chopped Rhubarb
1 c. Sugar
1 pt. Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare batter for yellow cake mix according to package directions. Pour into 9x13" pan. Cover batter with chopped rhubarb; sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar. Pour Half & Half over ingredients in pan.

Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly. Cream and rhubarb sink to the bottom, forming a lush custard.
