3-5 lb. pork tenderloin
1½ tbsp. olive oil

Spice rub:
2 tsp. each paprika & thyme
1 tsp. each garlic powder & onion powder
½ tsp. each cayenne pepper & pepper
2 tsp. salt

Sauce:
½ c. honey
½ c. butter, melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
¼ c. cider vinegar
½ tsp. salt & pepper

1-2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with a splash of water

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pork with a little oil, then the spice rub. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil over medium heat and brown the pork on each side careful not to burn the spices. Remove pork to slow cooker. Add a little water to the pan to deglaze, then add that liquid to the crockpot. Mix and pour sauce over pork. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Remove once done, place in foil, and let rest. Pour juices from crockpot into a saucepan, whisk in the cornstarch mixture. Simmer on med/high for 5 minutes, stirring until it reaches a syrupy consistency. Slice pork and serve with sauce.
