whatever amount of chicken wings you want
garlic powder

Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup soya sauce
1 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off the tips of the wings and cut the wings in half.
Fry in large greased frying pan for a few minutes and sprinkle both sides with garlic powder.

Add sauce and cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove cover and cook another 15 minutes until sauce thickens
