1 bag spring salad mix
1 bag romaine
3oz. bag real bacon pieces (or real)
½ c. dried cherries or cranberries
1 large granny smith apple, chopped
½ c. chopped pecans or almonds
5oz. gorgonzola or blue cheese

Dressing:
½ c. vegetable oil
⅓ c. sugar
3 tbsp. water (more if needed)
3 tbsp. good balsamic vinegar
⅛ tsp. dry mustard (or a little squeeze of yellow or Dijon)
⅛ tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients really well. When ready to serve, dress salad.
