1 pkg. boneless chicken thighs
1 cup flour
½ tsp ground ginger
3 T salted butter
Ingredients for sauce:
1 ( 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
¼ cup white vinegar
½ tsp. soy sauce
¼ cup light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl add the flour and ground ginger and mix until combined. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture. In a frying pan add the butter and brown the boneless chicken thighs in the butter.
In a mixing bowl add the sauce ingredients and mix until combined.
Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. Add the chicken to the casserole dish and pour the sauce over the chicken evenly.
Bake @ 350 until the chicken is done. Serve with white rice, mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables.
