Nanny's Chicken & Broccoli Recipe

4 chicken breasts
2 heads of broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
rice, potatoe or pasta

Note: You can swap out broccoli for cauliflower or try it with different cheeses

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and fry in a pan with a bit of vegetable oil or butter
Chop broccoli. Add to a pot with 1" water and cover. Bring to a boil and simmer until you can poke through broccoli with a fork. Drain water into sink.
Add cooked chicken and broccoli to a casserole dish.
Mix 2 cans of soup with grated cheddar, then add to casserole.
Cover and bake at 350 until hot & bubbly.
Serve over top of rice, potatoes or pasta.
