1 gallon Sliced Cucumbers
2 large Green Peppers, chopped
8 large Onions, sliced and ringed
2 C Salt

SYRUP
3 C Sugar
1 C Water
2 tsp Cloves
1 1/2 tsp Tumeric
5 C Vinegar
1 tsp Celery Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all vegetables. Cover with ice and water and let stand at least 3 hours. Drain completely and pour syrup over the top.

SYRUP
Combine all syrup ingredients and heat, but don't boil. Pour over vegetables and put into pint jars.
