2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
1 lb Ground Beef
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 - 1 lb cans Pork & Beans in Tomato Sauce
1 - 1 lb Can Kidney Beans, Drained
1 C Catsup
1/2 C Cold Water
2 Tbsp Prepared Mustard
2 tsp Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. In large skillet, melt butter or margarine and brown meat. Stir in soup mix, beans, catsup, water, mustard, and vinegar. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole or bean pot. Bake 30 - 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 8 - 10 servings
