Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Recipe

8 oz. uncooked fettuccine
2 c. fresh/frozen broccoli florets
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
salt to taste

Cook fettuccine according to directions. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes, drain & rinse.
Heat oil on medium-high heat in a frying pan. Add chicken & cook until browned. Add soup, milk, cheese, salt & pepper.
Heat to a simmer, stirring often. Combine with fettuccine & broccoli.
