 1 pound chicken tenders or thigh meat, cut into chunks
 1 cup almond flour
 cup ground pork rinds
 2 tablespoon coconut flour
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 garlic salt
 1 onion powder
 teaspoon pepper
 1 egg

Season chicken tenders with salt and set aside.

Combine almond flour, pork rinds, coconut flour and seasonings. Add to a paper bag.
3 Whisk together the egg with 1 tablespoon of water.

Add a couple of chicken tenders to the bag with the coating. Shake until evenly coated

Dip each tender in the egg wash, then put back into the back and shake to add more b
the tender. Repeat with remaining tenders.

For extra, extra crispy chicken strips, do a final coating with egg wash and a dip in a b
with ground pork rinds only.

Add in a single layer to a lightly greased air fryer tray. Bake at 350-360 for 10 minutes
side.
