1 giant can of coconut milk

fresh milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1 cup of mochiko onto a flat jelly roll.

Combine 1 lb (1 bag or box) of mochiko with fresh milk to create a paste that is not too sticky. Once combined, roll into a snake, cut into small pieces, and roll into ½ inch balls.

Heat the coconut milk in a large pot.

Peel and chop the sweet potato.

When the coconut milk comes to a boil, add the dough balls spreading them out so they don't stick together. Then add the sweet potatoes. Let boil until the sweet potatoes and dough balls are cooked through.

Add remaining ingredients with all of the juice.

Serve warm.
