4 c. cold mashed sweet potatoes
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
¼ c. butter melted
12 marshmallows
4 c. crushed cereal flakes
½ c. shortening, melted
⅔ c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, egg yolks, salt, butter, and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Divide into 12 portions. Mold into circle. Place marshmallows in center of each. Flatten each and mold potatoes around marshmallow leaving hole in the center. Combine cereal flakes with melted shortening. Roll potato balls in flakes. Place in baking sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350º.
