3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
⅔ cup pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
tsp. nutmeg
tsp. salt
1 cup pecan (chopped)

1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter (softened)
tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes. Slowly add sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Sift together all dry ingredients and fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread in a greased and floured 15 X 10 cookie sheet. Sprinkle nuts on top.

Bake 375 for 15 minutes. Turn over on thin towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll and cool. Unroll and ice with icing and reroll.

Mix and beat until smooth. Spread over cake.
