1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. white or packed brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk or light cream
1 prepared pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour into a prepared pie shell.
2. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º and bake for 45 more minutes.

This is my favorite pumpkin pie recipes. Aldi's canned pumpkin can only be purchased around the holidays at the Aldi's food stores found in the Midwest.)
