1 bag of mini sweet peppers (approx. 21 peppers)
8 oz. goat cheese
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 lemon juiced
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Remove the stems of the ppers and cut the sweet peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Place goat cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.
In a mixing bowl add goat cheese, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Mix until soft and smooth.

Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray and add the pepper halves.
Cook in oven for 15 minutes.

Take the peppers out of the oven and fill each half with the goat cheese mixture.

Place back in oven for another 10 minutes.
