3/4 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 c walnuts, finely chopped and toasted
3/4 c Brown Sugar
1/4 c Butter, melted

Cheesecake:
24 oz Cream Cheese
1 (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla

Topping:
1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Whipping Cream, unwhipped
1 1/2 c Walnuts chopped and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Combine all crust ingredients and mix well. Press into a 9" spring form pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth. Add eggs and mix well. Pour over crust.

Bake for 55 minutes. Turn off oven, crack the door to release some of the heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes prior to loosing edges and removing the ring. Cool completely.

In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and cream. Heat over medium high heat and cook and shirt for 10 minutes or until it thickens slightly. Cool to room temperature. Stir in Walnuts and pour over cheesecake, letting it drizzle down the sides.
