1/2 cup milk
2 or 3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and flour. Cook until a thick paste (slightly thick) Stir constantly. Let cool. Put butter, sugar, and vanilla in bowl. Beat with electric beater until light and fluffy. Add past and beat.

You can add nuts, maple, lemon or any flavoring, Nestle Quik or coconut.
