3 Tab. cornstarch
1/2 C. sugar
1 small pkg. Jello - same flavor as berries
1½ C. boiling water
1 Tab. lemon juice
1 quart berries of your choice-may also use peaches
1 cooked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, sugar and Jello in a large saucepan. Add the boiling water and cook till clear stirring continuously. Stir in lemon juice and let cool. Once cool fold in the berries and pour into the cooked and cooled pie crust. Top with whipped cream and enjoy.

I used to dislike cooked berry pies because the berries were more like jam. Then I tried this recipe and the pies tasted like fresh berries with cream.
