1 pound Brussels sprouts (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
If using fresh Brussels sprouts, rinse first. Trim/ clean as needed. If desired, cut Brussels sprouts in half. Arrange on baking sheet and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle cranberries on tray and mix with Brussels sprouts. Spray or sprinkle Balsamic vinegar over sprout-cranberry mixture. Roast at 350º for 20 minutes or until brown. (Can also brown Brussels sprouts first, then add cranberries and Balsamic vinegar).
